Assemble all ingredients.Add grated carrot, turmeric & sesame seeds in the bowl + glass of water

Put it over the flame 🔥when it starts boiling add bajra flour and off the flame combine well and add chopped coriander,green chillies,red chilli powder

Cumin seeds & salt mix well keep aside for 15 min.

Heat a flat pan grease with oil, pour the one ladle full of batter over the pan and spread

When cooked from one side flip to the other side & cook till it gets a little crisp
