Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 4green capsicum
  3. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  4. 1/2 tspsugar
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 1 tspeno / fruit salt
  7. 1/2 tspsalt

    In a bowl combined besan sugar and curd. Mix it well and keep aside for 1/2 an hrs. After 1/2 an hrs. add salt and eno mix it well.

    Wash capsicum properly. Cut the upper portion of the capsicum and take out the seeds. Then pour the batter in a capsicum.

    Steam the water and keep the capsicum in a steamer. Close the lid and steam for 10 minutes. Or till it is steam well.

    After 10 minutes check it with a knife. When it is done then transfer to a serving plate.

  5. 5

    Pour the sugar water on top of the dhokla while serving. Enjoy with mint chutney or sweet tamarind chutney
