Boil the potatoes. Cool it and mash the potatoes.

Powder 4 tbsp oats in a mixer grinder.
Add the powdered oats to a bowl

Now add mashed potatoes in it.

Now add grated ginger, salt,red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves.

Now mix it well.

Grease your hands.
Take a lemon sized mixture and make into a patties.

Add 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan.
Place the tikkis in it and cook on both sides in medium flame till golden brown.

Place the tikkis in serving plate. Serve it immediately with green chutney,tamarind chutney, chopped onion, chat masala, chopped coriander leaves, sev.
