Farali Aloo cheela recipe can be prepared within minutes and yet it tastes better than it. This can be served with any chutney or plain curd.

First of all, peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly in water. After that, grate them and wash them(grated potatoes)with water for 2-3 times. After then that strain it completely.

Add all the spices,crushed peanuts,ginger chilli paste, and rajgira flour and mix it well by hand.

Now heat the pan and keep the gas flame on medium. Add oil on the pan. Now take a big lump from the potato batter, pat a little with your hand and keep it on the pan and spread it a little.

Fry both sides with oil and prepare the chilla. 4 cheela are prepared from this mixture.Serve the farali potato chilla hot with curd or chutney.
