Simple and Quick Tortillas - Cheap and no Chemicals :P
So easy to make a tastes perfect why buy the expensive nasty ones - lol
Cooking Instructions

Put Dry ingrediants into a stand mixer and mix for 30 seconds (you can do in a medium bowl and stir with fork)

Add the rest of ingrediants and starting machine on slow combine everything and then kneed for 1 min until smooth. (can bring all together then turn onto a work surface and kneel by hand about 2-4 mins)

Dividive into 16 same size portions, then lightly flour and make into a ball then push down slightly into a disk. Cover with cling film and rest for 30 mins. (Approx 37 Gr Each)

I use a press to make into disks but you can use a rolling pin to make nice thin torillas about 15cm - 17cm wide.

Heat a non stick pan on medium and toast the tortilla on one side for about 45 - 60 seconds until light brown spot apear then flip using tongues for another 30 seconds. if too light or dark adjust temp.

Stack and serve - REALLY AMAZING :)
