Slice porkchop into small pieces.Marinate it with egg white and flour.Set aside for 30 mins.

Heat pan then pour cooking.oil.Wait until hot then fry porkchop until done.Transfer to a plate.

In another pan heat the sauce,simmer and add little water.Then add in cooked porkchop.

Mix it until meat will coated with the sauce.Transfer in.a plate then serve.
