In a mixing bowl add handvo flour. To this add grated bottle gourd, crushed green peas, chilli garlic paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, curd and mix well.

Keep aside for two hours.

Heat a pan add oil mustard seeds and sesame seeds.Add two tablespoon handvo flour.Do not spread.cover and cook for five minutes till gets crispy.Flip and cook from other side.Serve hot with pickle.
