These power packed beetroot laddu are full of nutrients.Beetroot is rich in calcium.I have made it with beetroot,paneer and milk powder,so it is perfect for fasting .It has calcium, protein and fiber.

Heat a heavy bottom pan,add grated beetroot,cover and cook for 6-7 min.on low flame.Then add sugar.Keep on stirring.Cook it for 10-12 min on medium heat or until the beetroot mixture becomes thick.Let it cool.

Mix Mukhwas into the beetroot mixture.Now make small balls from the mixture.Keep it in the fridge for 10 min.

Knead the grated paneer in a plate.Take milk powder in a plate.Make small lemon size balls from this paneer.Take a paneer ball, flatten it,place a beetroot ball in the center,close it from all the sides.Coat it with milk powder and keep it aside.Prepare all the laddu like this.
