Steps

Take all the ingredients to be ready. Heat the ghee in kadhai and add the grated coconut.

Saute it till it's change the colour.

Add the sugar.Mix well and cook till sugar dissolves in coconut.

Add the malai and mix well.

Stir continuously till Burfi releases Kadhai edges. Switch off the flame and add the elaichi powder. Spread the berfi in a pre-greased tray. Cool down and make pieces.

A very delicious healthy festival fast
