This dish was inspired to me by always looking at someone at a liquor island table whenever I could see them at one. My grandpa, old friends step dad Gary, and a Mafian movie or a guy that looks like he could have been in the mafia and was in a movie that had a liquor mixer table island all inspired me to make this. My grandpa makes it special to me because I really think of him whenever I create it. My favorite way to drink it is at nighttime.
