In a bowl, combine the milk, yeast, and a little of the sugar. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.

Add the egg, butter (at room temperature), vanilla, flour, and salt. Mix with a mixer or knead by hand until you have a soft, pliable dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise for one hour.

Meanwhile, make the filling. In a bowl, mix the tahini, cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon.

Once the dough is ready, divide it into eight pieces. Roll each piece into a rectangle, fill with the filling, roll up, and shape into a snail shape. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little sugar on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) with fan, for 25 to 30 minutes.
