Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease a 8-inch (20 cm) silicone cake pan.

In a mixing bowl or with a stand mixer, beat the mascarpone until smooth.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

Pour the melted chocolate over the mascarpone and beat until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Make sure the batter is smooth before adding the next egg.

Add the powdered sugar and beat again. Add the flour and gently fold it in with a spatula.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.

After baking, let the cake cool in the pan.
