Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Then add water as per the consistency. The water consistency should be like this...

Cover the mixture after giving it a lump free whisk and leave it aside for ½ hour.

Pour the dosa to a oil applied hot Tawa. Now,till your hand is fully occupied with toppings smash it by the force of sprinkling it on dosa wholeheartfully. Once dosa is cooked serve it with chutney or sambar or any side dish that fits your tastebuds 😋 😋.
