Ingredients

10 + 15 minutes
Serves 6 servings
  1. 1 2/3 lbspan-fry gnocchi rolls (about 750 grams)
  2. 1drizzle olive oil
  3. 1shallot
  4. 2small cartons soy cooking cream
  5. 1small can green peas
  6. 1 jargreen asparagus
  7. Chopped parsley, to taste
  8. Shredded Swiss cheese, to taste

Steps

10 + 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the gnocchi rolls in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C), or pan-fry them as directed on the package, adjusting the amount of oil as needed.

    Meanwhile, sauté the shallot in olive oil.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    In a baking dish, combine the remaining ingredients (drain the peas and asparagus first). Add the sautéed shallot.

  5. 5

    Add the gnocchi, sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately as is with a green salad with vinaigrette, or with chicken if you like.
