Gnocchi Roll Gratin with Asparagus

Cook the gnocchi rolls in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C), or pan-fry them as directed on the package, adjusting the amount of oil as needed.

Meanwhile, sauté the shallot in olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a baking dish, combine the remaining ingredients (drain the peas and asparagus first). Add the sautéed shallot.

Add the gnocchi, sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve immediately as is with a green salad with vinaigrette, or with chicken if you like.
