Usually, on Holi, it was an old practice to fast the whole day and then eat rice, gram or dates after circumambulating Holika in the evening. Usually, big festivals fall at the junction of two seasons. Similarly, the time of Holi is the transition from cold to heat. When sorghum is roasted, it bursts and becomes Dhani. . Rice is very easy to digest. Apart from that, eating Dhani and lentils relieves phlegm. Eating plain Dhani lentils is not fun, so today I have made this Dhani and Daliya bhel which is both tasty and healthy.

Take the roasted dhani in a large pot and add the daliya and besan sev to it.

Add pomegranate seeds, chopped raw mango, and chopped green chilies to it.

Add masala chickpeas, chopped coriander, salt to taste, and red chili powder if desired.

Then add green chutney and oil and mix everything well.

So here is the Holi special spicy Dhani Dalia Bhel is ready.
