Wash and soak the urad daal. After soaking grind it to a fine paste. Beat the batter very well till light and fluffy.

Add Salt and asafoetida in the batter. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Make balls and fry it until brown in colour.

Now take out the vadas and soak in a bowl of water for 20 minutes. Now press the vadas so that excess water is out.

In another bowl take hung curd add mango puree and powder sugar and mix well.

In a serving glass put some mango pieces add vada pour mango curd.

Pour mithi chutney and green chutney on it. Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and nylon sev.
