No need to buy expensive nacho chips from the market! Now you can easily make them at home in a healthy and tasty way. Let's learn the easy recipe for making crispy nacho chips at home.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
To make nacho chips, first add cornmeal and all-purpose flour to a bowl. Now add salt, carom seeds, a little oil, baking soda, oregano, and chili flakes, and knead it with lukewarm water. Make sure the dough is not soft but firm to make the chips crispier. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. It will take about 1/2 cup of water to knead the dough.
- 2
Make small balls from the dough and roll them out. Make holes with a fork. Roll the dough very thin like a tortilla. Cook on a griddle for 1 minute.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the rolled-out nacho chips one by one. When the chips start to turn light golden brown, flip them and fry well on the other side. Once the chips are brown on both sides, remove them to a plate lined with paper towels.
- 4
Serve the prepared chips with salsa or dip.
