Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspThai Tea leaf
  2. 1 cupHot Water
  3. 3 tspSugar
  4. 2 tspCondensed Milk (only for Thai milk tea)
  5. 1 tspEvaporated Milk or Whole Milk
  6. 2 tspLime (or more if you like)
  7. Ice

Cooking Instructions

    Add 4 tbsp of Thai tea leaf to 1 cup of hot water. Let the tea steep for 3-4 minutes.

    Strain the tea leaves.

    For Thai Iced Tea (Milk Tea): stir in 3 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of condensed milk to the hot tea until fully dissolved. Pour over ice, then top with 1 tsp of Evaporated Milk or Whole Milk.

    For Thai Iced Lime/Lemon Tea: add 3 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of fresh lime juice or lemon juice to the hot tea. Stir until combined. Pour over ice and enjoy!

    For Thai Iced Black Tea: stir in 3 tsp of sugar to the hot tea until sugar dissolves. Pour over ice and enjoy!
