  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds powder
  • 4-5chopped mint leaves
  • 1-2green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbspsattu powder

    In a bowl, combine dahi (yogurt), sattu (barley or roasted gram flour), mint, green chili, and water. Blend the mixture smoothly using a hand blender.
