Steps

Soak Chana,Methi over night in plain water.Next day Make Sour water by adding 2 grated Mango and 2Lemon Juice and soak again overnight in the Sour water

Take 2 small Dry Mango and cut into small chunks and add Salt and turmeric powder and soak overnight.

Next day drain the excess water from mangoes and then let them dry in light sunlight or normal temperature
Let them completely dry - 4
Also drain water from Chana Methi and Garlic cloves and keep them in aside.Now make the pickle masala by adding the spices later add all the grains,garlic and mango and mix them together

Add the Extra oil to preserve the pickle and then store in Airtight glass container😊 You can enjoy the delicious pickle after 2-3 days as they takes some time to enhance flavours😍
