Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2large Portobello mushrooms
  2. 1 tablespoonOlive oil
  3. 2cloves, minced Garlic
  4. 0.5 teaspoonBalsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tablespoonButter
  6. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Place Portobello mushrooms in the pan, gill side up.

  4. 4

    Add balsamic vinegar, butter, and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Flip the mushrooms, cover again, and cook for another 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve warm.

Tips

Covering the pan helps to steam the mushrooms, making them tender and flavorful.
