Sieve and mix all the flour in a bowl. Add salt and oil. Mix with flour.then Add water little at a time and knead a soft dough. Give rest for 10 minutes.

Now make an equal portion from the dough. Roll them in an 8" diameter with the help of dry flour.

Roast on tawa. Add required oil to roast well till the pinkish mark appears on thepla. Remove from tawa and arrange on cotton cloth so as not to get soggy.

Delicious multigrain Thepla are ready. Serve with pickle,chutney or a cup of masala tea.

Note: you can have it for breakfast or any meal.
