Ingredients

  1. 150 gmgram flour
  2. 75 gmRice flour
  3. 2tbsn Butter
  4. 1/4 tspn cooking soda
  5. 2 nosGreen chilies
  6. 2Garlic
  7. pieceGinger small
  8. 1/2 tspn Fennel seeds
  9. 1Chopped onion
  10. leavesCurry
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. 1/2 tspn Hing
  13. 1/2 tspn salt
  14. Oil for fry
  15. Required water

    In a bowl add butter and cooking soda mix well.

    Add crushed garlic, ginger, green chilies and fennel seeds. And then add onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, hing and water. Make a soft dough.

    And then make a ball one by one. Heat a kadai add oil, fry the pakoda till light golden in colour.
