In a bowl add butter and cooking soda mix well.

Add crushed garlic, ginger, green chilies and fennel seeds. And then add onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, hing and water. Make a soft dough.

And then make a ball one by one. Heat a kadai add oil, fry the pakoda till light golden in colour.
