  1. 3big size potato
  2. 100 gramsbesan(gram flour)
  3. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 200 mlwater
  8. as required Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and cut the them into thin round slices.

    Take bowl add besan and water water to make a smooth paste. Now add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it well.

    Heat oil in pan.Deep the potato slices one by one in besan batter.

    Fry it till potato slices turn golden yellow in colour.

    Serve these hot potato pakoras with tea and tomato ketchup or chutney.
