Steps

Wash properly Pumpkin Leaves and keep aside for around 1 hour to discard excess water. Finely chop Pumpkin Leaves and keep aside.

Soak overnight Chana dal, then grind into smooth paste by adding green chilli. Then add salt + Nigella seeds + turmeric powder + mustard oil.

Then add the chopped Pumpkin Leaves to dal paste and mix very nicely. Fritter Batter is done.

Heat sufficient Oil, then lower flame and start dropping small small Fritters and deep fry till golden brown, fry from all sides. Fritters are done.

Serve hot hot.
