Ingredients

40-60 minutes
  1. LoafHawaiian bread (or rolls)
  2. 1 can (20 oz)crushed pineapple
  3. 1/2 cupshredded coconut
  4. 6eggs
  5. 1 1/2 cups milk
  6. 3/4 cups white sugar
  7. 2 teaspoonsvanilla
  8. Topping
  9. 1 cupflour
  10. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  11. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter cold
  12. 1/2 cupcoconut

Cooking Instructions

40-60 minutes
  1. 1

    Grease a 13x9 casserole dish

  2. 2

    Rip the bread into pieces. Cover the bottom of dish

  3. 3

    Spread crushed pineapple juice n all and coconut

  4. 4

    Spread rest of ripped bread on top

  5. 5

    Beat eggs sugar milk vanilla together… pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs or overnight

  6. 6

    (when ready to bake) preheat oven 350

  7. 7

    Topping add flour brown sugar and cold butter mix together with hand (I find easier) or fork until crumbly put on top of bread mixture

  8. 8

    Bake 40-60 minutes until brown and not gooey (eggs done)
