Add the beef, green beans, red pepper, and both onions and spring onions to the instant pot.

In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until combined. The gochujang can be spicy, so add according to preference of spice level. Chilli's can also be added if preferred extra spicy.

Add the liquid to the instant pot.

Set pressure cooker to 40 minutes on high. The liquid will be quite watery, but if you prefer it thicker, switch the instant pot to sauté mode and thicken using corn flour.

Serve over sticky rice once the beef is cooked. Garnish with a sliced spring onion. Can be served with a side salad of choice.
