  1. 2 cupswater
  2. 1 cupwhite rice
  3. 2 cupsmilk
  4. 1 cancondensed milk
  5. 1cinnamon stick
  6. 1 tspcinnamon

  1. 1

    In a pot add 1 cup of white rice, 2 cups of water and a cinnamon stick.

  2. 2

    Simmer until the rice is fully cooked.

  3. 3

    Add 2 cups of milk and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.

  4. 4

    Stir and cook on low heat until it thickens.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy it warm or chilled.
