Liver is very nutritious and it is rich in iron. It is recommended to people with anaemia. Enjoy my stew.

Chop the liver and wash and put in a sufuria then place over medium heat and let it cook for 30 minutes till its tender

Chop the onions, dhania, tomatoes, carrots and pilipili hoho separately

In another sufuria add then heat a few minutes then add onions and heat till golden brown then add tomatoes, hoho and carrots. Stir and cover to heat until soft or cooked.

Once its mixed add the liver and stir to mix then heat for a few minutes then add a half cup of water for the soup then add salt too to taste. Cover to simmer for 5 minutes. Then add dhania after 3 minutes and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then remove from heat ready to serve.

Serve with rice, Ugali or chapatis
