Since liver is very soft here is a way to keep your roast liver soft while maintaining the great taste.
Steps

Chop your liver into small strips for ease of cooking.
- 2
Heat your pan and add your cooking oil. Place your liver slices on the pan
- 3
Cook for about 5mins for each side of the liver pieces. Pour your soy sauce over your liver slices as you cook.
- 4
When ready chop into even smaller pieces that are easier to chew on. Serve when hot with rice.
