Steps

Wash the fish pieces and marinate with turmeric powder and salt. In a pan heat mustard oil and fry lightly. Set aside.

Roast the fish until a smoky flavour is felt
- 3
Cool and debone the fish, mash.

Chopped onion, chopped green chiliies and roasted garlic chopped fine, chopped ginger

Mash all ingredients with the fish together
- 6
Add salt and mustard oil and mash well.

Plate and enjoy 😊
