It is basically an extended version of a paan recipe without the dry ingredients and prepared like a milkshake or thick shake. It can be a perfect thirst-quenching drink particularly during the summer season for surprise guests or even for family members.

Firstly, in a mixer jar take 3 betel leaf. trim off the head and tail of leaf.
add ¼ cup sugar, 3 pods cardamom, 2 tbsp fennel, 1 tbsp dry coconut powder.. - 2
Grind to smooth paste adding 4 tbsp water.
paan concentrate is ready. you can store it in the refrigerator for a week.
to prepare the paan shots, in a blender take chilled milk. - 3
Add ice cubes and 2 tbsp of prepared paan concentrate.
blend to a frothy milkshake. - 4
Finally, enjoy Paan Shots garnished with dry fruits.
