  1. Brownie
  2. 140 grdark chocolate, broken into pieces
  3. 50gr, unsalted butter
  4. 50 grbrown sugar
  5. 1egg, room temperature
  6. 35 grall purpose fluor
  7. Butter Cake
  8. 120 grunsalted butter
  9. 100 grcaster sugar
  10. 2eggs, room temperature
  11. 120 grall purpose fluor
  12. 2 grbaking powder
  13. 50 mlfresh milk

Cooking Instructions

    Brownie, melt the chocolate and butter with double pan method. Remove from heat and let it cool. Slightly add the brown sugar until well blended. Before preparing the ingredients. preheated the oven 175 °celcius.

    Add the egg and mix well. Fold in the fluor.combine until smooth. Pour the batter into a prepared pan. Baked it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.

    Butter Cake : Beat the butter and caster sugar until creamy. Add the egg one at a time, after one egg well corporated then add the next egg.

    Fold in the shifting fluor and baking powder alternating with fresh milk. Mixe untel the butter smooth and well combined.

    Spread the butter cake butter over the brownie layer. Bake on the oven at 160°C for 25-30 minutes or until fully baked. Insert a cake tester into the centre to check the doneness.
