Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBroccoli
  • 1/2Shrimp (or adjust to preference)
  • 150 gNoodles
  • 16 ozHomemade Salmon Stock (or store bought)
  • 1Egg
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Scallions, chopped
  • 1-2 tbspChili Oil or Sesame Oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the broccoli and shrimp for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside. Cook the noodles separately and drain.

    Make a sunny-side-up egg and heat the salmon stock.

    In a bowl, add the cooked noodles, broccoli, shrimp, and egg.

    Pour the hot stock over them, sprinkle with scallions, and drizzle with chili oil or sesame oil.
