Take ghee in a pan. Roast almond pieces in it.When almonds turn light pink in color, add cashews & pistachios. Roast them lightly. Remove in a bowl.

In the same pan, add coarse semolina & roast it till aroma comes & semolina turns light pink in color.

In the meantime, heat milk with saffron strands on another gas. Give it 1 boil & switch off the flame.

Now transfer this saffron colored milk to the semolina which is roasted. Cook semolina with saffron milk till all the milk evaporates, stirring constantly.

Lastly add sugar & mix very well, stirring all the time, till ghee starts oozing out from the sides & the sheera feels light.

Switch off the flame. Add cardamom powder & a few roasted dry fruits.Mix. Remove in a serving bowl & garnish with cardamom powder & dry fruits. Offer this bowl of Prasad to Durga Maa & seek her Blessings.
