Steps

Peel wash and chop beetroot into pieces.put these pieces with green chillies into the mixi jar & blend to a paste

Now add curd in the jar again blend so that beetroot combine properly with curd
- 3
Transfer this curd in the serving bowl and add dry pudina leaves,salt and mix well then garnish with chia seeds & red chilli flakes

And fresh pudina leaves & serve with vrat chilla or tikki and enjoy 😋
