Take fresh tomatoes. Wash well and wipe with tissue paper. Once it is done then keep aside. Cut the tomatoes in big pieces and deseeded. Transfer to a plate. Add haldi powder and salt. Keep 2 days sun dry or till it is dry. There should not be moisture in tomato. Otherwise the fungus will formed.

Now for dry masala. Dry roast Masala in microwave for 1 minutes. After 1 minutes take out from oven. Cool it and grind coarsely. Once it is done then keep aside. Combined mustard oil in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minutes.

After 1 minute. Take out from oven. Cool it then add all the dry Masala, haldi powder and salt.

Then add the tomatoes in Masala. Cover it and keep aside for 2 days. When the tomatoes become tender.Then transfer to a glass bottle.
