1large ham steak
4whole cloves
1/4 cupwhite vinegar
1/3 cupbrown sugar
1/2 tspallspice
1 tspdry mustard (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place ham on a large (and shallow is fine) baking dish.

Place cloves in four corners of baking dish, not touching the ham.

Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Then pour over the top of the ham.

Bake for 20 minutes, basting once or twice with the sauce.
