    Blend the evaporated milk with the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla. Pour this mixture into the flan mold with the caramel.

    Place the mold inside another pot with water for a water bath.

    Cook over medium heat for one hour.

  4. 4

    Let it cool and then refrigerate for up to
    2 hours.

  5. 5

    Heat the sugar over medium heat in a flan mold until it becomes caramel. You can add more or less sugar depending on how much caramel you want in your flan.
