Soak the cod in water for 2 days, changing the water occasionally to remove excess salt.

After 2 days, drain the water. Beat 3 eggs with the crumbled fish bouillon cube, then dip the cod pieces in the beaten egg. Next, coat the cod in flour, making sure each piece is well covered with egg and flour.

Fry the cod in a deep fryer or large skillet. Once fried, chop the roasted peppers and serve them alongside the cod.
