  • 2 cupssprouted mug
  • 1 cupboiled peanuts
  • 1carrot
  • 1green onion
  • 2 tbspgrated beetroot
  • 2 tablespoonschopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cupchopped cucumber
  • 1tomato
  • 2 tablespoonspomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoonchopped coriander
  • 2 teaspoonslemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsppepper powder
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala

  1. 1

    First of all prepare all the ingredients. Boil the peanuts. Chop the veggies.

    Take sprouted mungs in a plate and mix everything in it. Add pepper powder, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice in it and mix. And garnish with green onion flower.

    Protein rich sprouts peanuts salad is ready. This green gram sprouts salad is easy enough to make for a Breakfast or even for a light but nutritious lunch. Avoid eating it late in the night as they don't digest well.
