This vegetable recipe is a quick and easy preparation that uses spices used in everyday cooking and garnished with peanuts , sesame and other spices. Goes well as a side dish with rice or served alone with rotis.

In a grinder jar, add peanuts, sesame along with all the spices mentioned above. Grind it well.

Now, heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and chopped tindora. Mix well.

Cover and cook for around 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.

Once it cooked add peanut sesame massala and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, add chopped coriander and serve it hot with roti or rice.
