Slice up chicken thigh.

Heat half of the coconut milk and let it bubble.

Add in the curry paste and stir. Let it coagulate and simmer.

Add in sliced chicken thigh until it’s cooked.

Add in remaining coconut milk.

Add in the kaffir lime leaves and fish sauce.

Let it mix and enjoy!!
