Chicken Panang Curry

One of my favorite curries!

Ingredients

  1. 1-1.5 lbchicken thigh
  2. 4 ozpanang curry paste
  3. 14 ozcoconut milk
  4. 4-5kaffir lime leaves
  5. 1 tbsppalm sugar
  6. 1 tbspfish sauce
  7. Red chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Slice up chicken thigh.

  2. 2

    Heat half of the coconut milk and let it bubble.

  3. 3

    Add in the curry paste and stir. Let it coagulate and simmer.

  4. 4

    Add in sliced chicken thigh until it’s cooked.

  5. 5

    Add in remaining coconut milk.

  6. 6

    Add in the kaffir lime leaves and fish sauce.

  7. 7

    Let it mix and enjoy!!
