Easy Peasy Gnocchi Gratin

Preheat oven to 220℃. Lightly grease a large baking dish with Oil OR Butter.

Melt 40g Butter in a large frying pan over medium heat, add Peas. When bubbling, add Flour and stir, then add Milk, and stir until thickens. Season with Salt and Pepper.

Meanwhile, cook Gnocchi in boiling salted water. Drain and add to the sauce, roughly combine, then pour into the prepared baking dish, spread evenly. Cover with grated Cheese.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes OR until golden. Sprinkle with finely chopped Parsley and some ground Pepper, and serve.
