Sprinkle salt over the salmon and let it sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, gently wipe off the moisture with a paper towel. - 2
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons miso, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 tablespoon sake.
Spread the sauce generously over the salmon, including the sides. - 3
Bake in a toaster oven at 380°F (193°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
