Ingredients

  1. Sauce:
  2. 2 Tlow sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 THoisin sauce
  4. 2 tspbrown sugar
  5. 1 tspsesame oil
  6. 1/2 tspchile garlic sauce
  7. Noodles:
  8. 8 ozfrozen lo mein noodles (thaw)
  9. 1 Tsesame oil
  10. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  11. 1 tspfresh ginger minced
  12. 2 Cmushrooms, sliced
  13. 1small red pepper. julienned
  14. 1carrot, julienned
  15. 1/2 Csnow peas
  16. 2scallions, diced
  17. 1 Casparagus, sliced
  18. 6-10shrimp (peeled)
  19. 1 Cchicken breast, cut up

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chile garlic sauce. Set aside.

    Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain.

    Heat sesame oil in a large wok skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, chicken, asparagus, and shrimp. Cook, stirring often until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in the snow peas and sauté until tender, about 2 minutes.

    Stir in the scallions and noodles along with the sauce mixture, and toss to combine.

    Serve. I doubled the sauce and covered it with as much as I wanted.
