Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chile garlic sauce. Set aside.

Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain.

Heat sesame oil in a large wok skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, chicken, asparagus, and shrimp. Cook, stirring often until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in the snow peas and sauté until tender, about 2 minutes.

Stir in the scallions and noodles along with the sauce mixture, and toss to combine.

Serve. I doubled the sauce and covered it with as much as I wanted.

My so easy and cheap dinner. Can make a lot or a little. This can be changed to beef or vegetarian. Pasta is one favorites my second favorite is Chinese food. This is so much easier and cheaper than going to some over price restaurant. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈
