6 LChicken Stock

Saute onions In butter

Add rice and toast (until coated in butter)

Add chicken stock then bring to a boil

Once brought to a boil cover with a lid

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes

Bake until all water is absorbed into rice
7

Serve
