In a grinder add under the list of whole spices make a fine powder and set aside.
In pot, add oil and onion, sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste with bay leaves with whole spices powder (when we grind earlier) cook few seconds add splash of water if needed. - 2
Add lamb mince and mix well, cook on low to medium flame. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder
red kashmiri chili powder and salt mix well, cover and cook on low flame until miilies (deseeded chilies to make it less spicy), cover and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Green chili mince is ready.
