Combine milk and sugar. Cook till sugar melts. Add cocoa powder and mix thoroughly till. No lumps are seen.

Add the corn flour slurry while stirring continuously. Cook until the sauce thickens.

This all-purpose chocolate sauce can be used in brownie sizzler, glaze on a cake, to drizzle over pancakes, waffles and ice creams, to add in hot chocolate, hot/cold coffee and in cold cocoa. It can also be used to pour inside an ice cream cone and drizzle inside a glass to decorate it for cold coffee. The uses are countless.

You just have to slightly adjust the consistency e.g. Slightly thin sauce for the sizzler (video 1), medium for the drizzling purpose (video 2) and same or thicker for glaze. You may also have to adjust sugar content depending on what you combine with. E. G for glaze and sizzler it should be less sweet and also add a pinch of salt to break the sweetness other the other sweet components

Add less corn flour slurry to make thin sauce and more to make thick sauce.
