Sugar-free Pumpkin Fritter

For the Fritters:
Fry the sliced Banana until it starts to caramelize. Set aside to coo down. - 2
Combine the caramelized Banana, mashed Butternut, Glutten-Free Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Egg.

Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Place spoonful of the batter into the oiand fry until golden brown.

Place on a kitchen towl to remove excess oil.

For the Sauce:
Zest the Orange then juice the Orange. - 6
Place the Butter, Orange Juice, Orange Zest, and Orley Whip in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Combine the Custard Powder and Water.

Pour the custard mixture into the saucepan pan while continuously wisking. Bring to a boil for a few minutes unyil the mixture start to thicken.

Pour the sauce over the fritters and enjoy.
